GREENLAND REDEVELOPMENT GOA
Located in Goa, this redevelopment draws from the region’s coastal character translating the rhythm and fluidity of ocean waves into a residential form.
The façade combines the dynamic qualities of ocean waves with the Portuguese architectural palette of traditional Goan homes. Fluid slab edges wrap the building creating a layered façade that recalls the stratified movement of the ocean.
This concept is further explored through a series of parametric installations integrated across the development. The curvilinear profiles reflect the movement of the sea while introducing a distinctive visual marker that unifies the project at multiple scales.
Through its dynamic form, expressive installations, and warm interiors, the development offers a cohesive living environment that celebrates its coastal setting while redefining modern residential design.
Interior
The interiors balance warmth and vibrancy through brick-textured surfaces, natural materials, and blue accents that echo the exterior. Open layouts, abundant natural light create inviting spaces that kindle the relaxed character of coastal Goa.
